This stunning home in Otane was damaged by flooding from Cyclone Gabrielle in February 2023.  Originally initiated as flood remediation, the project evolved into a comprehensive renovation and alteration that included the addition of a new bathroom. The scope of work encompassed a full lighting overhaul, an exquisite kitchen layout, and polished concrete floors.
